We provide a general service to existing previous clients to come out to help you out with these minor adjustments. However, this is charged at a starting call out fee ( area restrictions apply ) of $150.

All council regions are regulated by differing local authorities and guidelines. For all dividing fencing requests, we cannot offer you advice. We recommend that you contact your local council and refer to the dividing fence legislation that is relevant for your situation.
Unfortunately as much as nosey pooches can be the cause of some disturbance ( especially if they are prone to diging to escape!) all colourbond style fencing needs to be installed with a minimum clearance of 100mm in order to allow the steel to not have contact with ground moisture. If you particularly require a visual barrier between the outside world and your canine companion, we recommend placing a sleeper underneath the fenceline. This is not meant to stop digging ( although may act as a deterrent) but more to allow for limited visual impact.
All motors supplied for automation come with a standard 2 year conditional warranty. This covers all standard motor issues however this does not include– water damage, insect or small animal damage (geckos and ants are often guilty culprits), or electrical power surge damage. We have found that placing a piece of flea collar ( found in all local supermarkets) can act as a deterrent for small animals which assists. Common checks go a long way in preventing damage and this is simply done by lifting the cover, blowing out all debris with blower vac and replacing.
EZee Fencing, Gates and Automation offer all our installation clients a 1 year installation guarantee with a 6 year workmanship guarantee and for all custom slat jobs an aluminum and powdercoating – 2 year warranty.
Maintenance for fencing is often a simple matter of washing down your fencing with fresh water and checking the gate functionality as par for the course. Just like a car left in the sun without wash or protection, your fence will last a lot longer with just a few basic maintence updates.

Gates are fitted with exceptional quality SafeTech or powdercoated butt hinges. However, over time, these require some adjusting. This is a very simple fix and is easily done using an allen key. Please see the following video.
